DO NOT! REPEAT!...Baby girl...you're killing me. DO NOT! REPEAT! DO NOT GO IN FOR THAT SFW TUNE-UP.

Here's the thing, Kristi. Growth from one side of a twofer (hubbie & wifey) and not on the other, makes the non-growth, stagnant individual very nervous while worrying that he/she is being left behind. In many relationships, in most probably, this is usually the case. I see it time and again. And it always makes me wonder why the accepted wisdom (and for the most part, outright lie) is that when you marry, you must marry for life. Mating for life is rare in most species with very few exceptions. Why are humans any different?

Two people seldom grow at the same rate. Each of us has deep, often inaccessible places that we allow no one to enter or touch. Especially, dare I say it...women! Men's secret lives pale in comparison to womens'. It is for this reason I am of the opinion that women become contemptuous of their mates/husbands/lovers/significant others quite before men do. It's a scary thought for any man who considers himself somewhat more enlightened about women than other men. Sometimes, as the saying goeth, ignorance is indeed bliss.

Ah...were that I were ignorant...

Love your blog, K. You are the coolest!!!! I give you two snaps and ringa-ding-ding!Iztlanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02609995016723510031noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1650908035617704760.post-83129695945227238472009-06-17T00:07:44.563-05:002009-06-17T00:07:44.563-05:00Hahaha.
